Crock Pot Stifado, A tasty Greek stew, made easy with a crock pot ”, This recipe rocks like The Beatles in Swinging London, which is where I got the idea to try beef stifado, sort of (Characters in The Kings of London by William Shaw were eating it in a Greek restaurant ) so I went to my trusty food com and this is the first one i viewed and i say why look any further ? #1 : convenience of the crickpot, not to mention getting to smell it for hours Flavors meld wonderfully on high but i ‘m going to try it on slow next time, and there will be many next times This is a true keeper!, This turned out really good I have been wanting to try this for awhile and I’m glad I finally did It was very easy to make and cooked quickly I served on angel hair pasta I only used one onion as that seemed like a lot, but next time I will add another as it wasn’t overpowering at all It was nice to make something different
