Crock Pot Thai Chicken Thighs

Features:
    Cuisine:

Very nice, didn't have cilantro salsa, so added 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh, and lots of grated fresh ginger. We are used to more sweetened peanut sauce, so added 1 tbsp brown sugar. Might eliminate the lime juice next time. Used frozen thighs and threw everything mixed everything else together and poured on top. 8 hours on low setting and served with coconut milk rice.
