Crunchy Snack in a Cone

Another fantastic recipe - Powered By KETO4X.COM

Cuisine:

The weird thing is that my kids did not enjoy this, but we adults loved it! They are going through a picky thing right now, though. I used homemade granola (recipe #65555) and halved the whole recipe. Nice flavor and presentation and would be a great after school snack if your kids aren't going through a picky phase!

This came out very dry and not as crispy as I would of liked. Next time I think I might pan sear first and then bake for less time.
