Crustless Vegetable Quiche (Gluten-Free Option), A simple crustless quiche- you can use any vegetables, A great way to use up your veges from the fridge This quiche can be made gluten-free by using a blended gluten-free flour- with no crust a great option to make an easy gluten-free meal Serve with chips or a salad on the side to serve as a light meal or lunch, I’ve just popped it in the oven, but I was a little confused over whether you use raw or cooked vegetables in the recipe as it doesn’t say used raw and am waiting for it to cook to see what it turns out like Well the sweet potatoe used wasn’t cooked I had to cook the quiche for longer So next time I would chop all the raw vegetable finely or make sure they are in small pieces for the success of the dish Thank you Jubes Eventually it was nice
