    Combine the Brown Sugar and Cinnamon in a Bowl. Sprinkle Over the Bananas. Stir in the Sherry. Simmer, Covered, For 4 Minutes or Until the Bananas Are Tender. Serve With/on Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
