Dees Pineapple Chicken Breast, I made this recipe up It is really easy I use Tyson chicken breasts and bake them ”, Did use but 2 large chicken breasts (about almost 8 ounces each) & that was plenty for the 2 of us! Also used a bit of lemon pepper for additional seasoning, then served it over brown rice! Thought the soy sauce & pineapple made a nice tasting combo here! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Put bell pepper slices in the bottom of glass baking pan.
