Delicious Indian bread

Features:
    Cuisine:

I am a little lazy and very inexperienced when it comes to making bread-type things. I did everything in the order the recipe states and ended up with chucks of garlic and cumin in some places and none of it throughout the bread. Next time I will definately add it with the flour at the beginning and probably just use garlic powder and ground cumin. used half whole wheat flour, and about a teaspoon of baking soda to make it rise a little and let it rest for about 20 minutes, but it still turned out really thick and chewy. I have never made naan, but I thought I had rolled it really thin, but I'll try thinner next time and knead it way less. It might have been chewier because of the whole wheat flour too though. Who knows!! Altogether though it was a great recipe. I can't believe it's so easy to make naan!!!
