Directions
Delicious Tomato Salsa (Recipe for Canning), This amazing salsa recipe is a family favorite, shared by my sister-in-law Rosanna Great for those summer-fresh veggies! Wear gloves to avoid ‘burns’ from chopping peppers! ENJOY! Fabulous to add in some fresh cilantro and oregano also!, I made this recipe for the first time in 2019 and twice in 2020 ClearGel is not available in my town so substituted 1 small can of tomato paste and added two extra jalapeo peppers with seeds in for extra heat This is my husbands favourite salsa recipe I cant wait to share it with my adult children! This recipe is a keeper, for sure! ??, Did not use Roma tomatoes so used what I had in the garden I omitted the Clear Jel I chopped and added a bunch of cilantro Also added some lime juice Will make again
