Scoop the Yolks Into a Medium Mixing Bowl and Lay the Whites Aside. |

Add the Pepper, Caper Liquid, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Salt and Sugar to the Egg Yolks and Using a Fork, Stir to Thoroughly Combine. |
