    Place Bread Slices in Bottom of a Lightly Greased 8-Inch Square Baking Dish; Set Aside.

    Saute Onion and Mushrooms in Butter Until Tender; Spoon Evenly Over Bread.

    Combine Cheeses and Flour; Sprinkle Over Ham.
