Emeril’s Essence, This is a recipe for Emeril’s Essence spice, used in many of his recipes May also be used within many of your own dishes as an extra kick of flavor , This isn’t close to Emeril’s recipe, that’s available on his website Why attempt to create something that’s publicly available? As others have noted, this is much saltier than his, but also has more pepper Just, not the same emerils com/120057/emerils-essence-creole-seasoning, I’ve been making this for years (directly from Emeril’s cookbook) for jambalaya use it in so many other dishes, sometimes with the addition of other spices here and there (a little chipotle powder and smoked paprika for shrimp tacos) I agree that the salt can be omitted or halved and salted to taste but this is perfect if Emeril’s jambalaya recipe is followed as written
