    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F. Sift Together the Flour and Baking Powder. in a Bowl, Beat the Eggs, Oil, and Milk Together. Season With Salt and Pepper.

    Carefully Fold the Egg Mixture Into the Flour to Make a Smooth Batter. Add the Cheese, Figs and the Proscuitto. Stir Gently.

    Lightly Butter a Loaf Pan and Dust With Flour. Pour in the Mixture.

    Bake For 50 Minutes. Check For Doneness by Sticking the Blade of a Knife Into the Loaf-It Should Come Out Dry.
