1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
2 - 3 canned jalapeno peppers or 2 -3 canned habanero peppers, chopped
1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce (your choice how spicy)
4 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese (, 2 oz)
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 ripe olives, sliced
sliced green onion (, to garnish)
tortilla chips

    Cook Ground Beef, Onion, and Garlic in Medium Skillet Until Meat Is Browned, Stirring to Break Up Pieces.
