This is not dairy free suitable, you have to use butter because that’s what makes the unique flavor.,Interesting and yummy way to eat a banana! It smelled really good while cooking too.     Peel Banana and Cut in Half Lengthwise.

    Heat Butter in a Non Stick Skillet Until Slightly Bubbly but not Brown.

    Place Banana Halves in the Hot Butter and Fry For About Two Minutes, Then Carefully Turn and Fry Other Side For About Two Minutes, Too.

    the Banana Halves Should Be Slightly Browned, So Fry a Little Longer If They Aren't Browned After Those 2x2 Minutes.
