Combine Splenda & Heavy Cream in Saucepan Cook Over Medium Heat, Constantly Stirring Until Mixture Threads. Pour Vanilla Over Pecans in a Separate Dish: Sprinkle With Salt. Let Vanilla Soak in While Syrup Cooks. Pour Syrup Over Pecans and Stir to Coat. After Cool, Break Up Into Individual Pieces.
