grilled asian duck breasts, i love this with spicy tamari noodles and jasmine rice. an asian slaw and lime sorbet, and you have an easy summer dinner, Thank you Chia! I knew this would be a winner! Grilled it on a grill mat which collected the fat from the skin turning the grill into a fire pit, won’t do that again thank goodness I am seasoned. Medium rare, kids enjoyed it, as did I. Since I have more breasts in the freezer, I will add pepper, ginger, garlic and onion powder to the rub. Might as well go full blown asian with that twang. Hot asian chili flakes or paste to the sauce for the adults for the loving zing we crave. You are a Genius!
