Grilled Cabbage,Don’t be surprised if even your kids like this grilled treat. It’s easy to cook this alongside steaks or burgers on the grill, as long as you start the cabbage wedges first.,Takes much longer than 40 minutes to cook on the grill. Turns out well after grilling and baking. But takes much longer than stated.,Wonderful! Even my non-veggie eating granddaughter loved this. First, I melted the butter and spooned it on each side of the wedge so that it permeated to the inside of the cabbage, then I mixed bacon crumbles and dehydrated onions in with the salt and parmesan mixture and tapped it in a bit. After that, I wrapped each wedge in tin foil and baked it in my convection toaster oven for an hour while I cooked the rest of the meal. Turned out delicious! I’ll definitely be making this over, and over. Thanks for a great recipe!
