Grilled Fish in Foil,“I adopted this recipe from the Recipezaar account. Last summer, I prepared this recipe with a few changes (as stated in the comment section below) and really enjoyed it. ”,Made with 1 1/2 lbs of Ocean Perch. (similar to a mild catfish). Only addition I made was to add a little olive oil to the sauce mixture. About 6 min per side on the grill was perfect. Really nice meal for Good Friday!,Wow fantastic recipe I made mine on bbq in a foil pouch with sliced potatoes small pieces of broccoli carrots and slices of lemon but I also added Lemon & Herbs sprinkled into the pouch YUMMYY
