Grilled Moroccan Chicken

    Delicious - the chicken was so moist. We used thin chicken breasts (5 of them, because they came in a pack of 5) and cooked for 6 minutes a side. My kids and husband loved them. Served with the Black Bean and Couscous Salad, which worked out really well. I was able to use up a whole bundle of cilantro and both parts of the green onions (white and green) by serving these recipes together - no waste.

    Combine Oil, Scallions, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Salt, Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper in the Container of a Food Processor.

    Process Until Smooth.

    Rub the Mixture on Both Sides of the Chicken Breasts and Let Stand 30 Minutes.

    Preheat the Grill to Medium Hot.
