Guinness Cake,Beer – it’s not just for drinking any more!,Delicious, rich, chocolate cake. use a conversion chart to get the dry ingredients just right. Pair it with a scoop of chocolate chip mint ice cream for St. Patrick’s day.,This was an easy cake to make. used a standard bundt pan and it came out moist and flavorful. The Guinness/ chocolate combination was delicious. I did use the candy making type chocolate wafers for the icing. I found the consistency of the icing to be great (and so delicious you could just eat it with a spoon if you didn’t have a cake needing icing). I didn’t use the nuts, and after eating the cake I don’t think they are needed. I’d make this again.
