Hamilton Beach Salsa Con Queso

    This recipe is fantastic! But the only drawback to it is that after it is removed from the heat, it cools very quickly and starts to solidify. Is there something that can be added to it to make it stay mostly liquid at room temperature? Commercial salsa con queso in a jar comes out as a liquid and even stays that way when refrigerated after opening. I would love it if this could do the same.
