    Wow I realized you posted the recipe nine years ago. The store was out of chicken burgers so I bought ground chicken instead. Looked on the Food website at probably 50 recipes and yours stood out. Made at written and cooked them on the grill. The outside was a little crispy and the inside was nice and juicy. Perfect! So healthy and had great flavor. Put lettuce tomato and BBQ sauce on them. I am never buying chicken burgers again, I will make my own!

    Healthy Chicken/Turkey Burgers, I make these and double the recipe. I wrap each burger and lay on a cookie sheet till frozen then bag, they keep in the freezer about 3 months.
