    Using the the recommended setting - Rapid - the bread came out as a dense, dough ball. I did add the extra 2 Tablespoons of water and I think that is necessary but The bread did not have enough time to rise using RAPID (1 hour 10 minutes). I might try this bread again but I will not use the RAPID setting.

    Sour Cream Bread,This is an absolutely fabulous recipe. My whole family loves it. Try it toasted with butter and jam. YUMMY!,Using the the recommended setting – Rapid – the bread came out as a dense, dough ball. I did add the extra 2 Tablespoons of water and I think that is necessary but The bread did not have enough time to rise using RAPID (1 hour 10 minutes). I might try this bread again but I will not use the RAPID setting.,This is the best bread I’ve made in my bread maker! It’s delicious and moist. The first time I made it, I followed the directions exactly, except that I added the 2 extra tbsp’s of water as others suggested. It turned out perfect. The second time I made it, I substituted a 400ml can of coconut milk instead of sour cream. It turned out amazing. This recipe is a keeper and one that I will make often.
