    Hot Artichoke Dip,,Is the 15oz artichoke amount can weight or drained weight?,Very good, in the future just to give it a little more pizzaz I will add a can or two of green chilies. I also used Italian cheese instead of straight mozzarella, which gave it a nice flavor. Definitely would make again with my modifications!

    Place in Mixing Bowl, Mash, Add Cream Cheese, Mayo, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Powder.
