Hot Smokies

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this with genuine Tabasco sauce, and genuine Hillshire Farms "Lit'l Smokies", and the beer used was a bottle of Corona Light. I cooked it for the average time (3.5 hours).
This was a fairly good recipe, but it didn't "wow" me. I had it all by myself, over a period of three days. It's not terribly hot, to my taste, but still, all that Tabasco sauce does add up, and I soon felt the heat. The beer/Tabasco sauce was a little bit strange-tasting, but still I finished the whole dish. It is pretty easy to make, though, so perhaps I'll make it again sometime, maybe even for a party.
