    Wait Till Frothy. Combine: Oil Yogurt & Egg.

    Combine in Separate Large Bowl: 1 Cup Flour & Salt.

    Pour Small Bowl Into Large. Continue Adding Four, 1/2 Cup at a Time.

    Turn Bowl Out Onto Lightly Four Surface & Knead For 3 Minutes.

    Add Flour as Required to Keep from Sticky.

    Put Dough Back in Bowl, Cover F Place in Warm Spot to Rise For 1 Hour. (my Oven Has proof Feature).

    Turn Dough Out. Cut Into 8 Equal Pieces.

    Roll Piece Out, 1/4 Inch Thick & 6 Inches Diameter.

    Place on Med. Heat Skillet Till Bottom Is Golden Brown & Bubbles Appear. Flip Cook Other Side Till Golden Brown.
