The first few bites we were all saying it was okay ... added a bit of hot sauce and suddenly we're fighting over the last korokke!! May add cheese next time for our "American" tastes but will definitely make this again.

Japanese Meat and Potato Korokke, Korokke is Japanese fried mashed potato with vegetables and meat My mom made these all the time when I was a kid Its is a great portable snack that reheats well , The first few bites we were all saying it was okay added a bit of hot sauce and suddenly we’re fighting over the last korokke!! May add cheese next time for our American tastes but will definitely make this again , My daughter (10 yrs old) says my Asian cooking doesn’t taste like that in the restaurant but, when I cooked this recipe, she couldn’t get enough of it Thank you so much for this recipe
