Really enjoyed this sangria! Often sangrias are way too sweet, but this one is just the way a good sangria should be. used an "old vine" Zin, and cranberry juice, not the juice cocktail. For a sweet sangria, the juice cocktail would give you that, but we found the orange juice, (in my case used clementine juice because I had a whole box of them), gave this just the right sweetness to make it a lovely sipping experience! I will make this again during this season. It's a fabulous recipe, Mel, thanks for posting it!

Jolly Cranberry Juice Sangria, Found in an old AllYou Magazine (Nov ’09) I do not drink alcoholic beverages but have family that enjoy a glass of wine so I thought this might be a nice treat for them during Thanksgiving Very simple to make and serve , Really enjoyed this sangria! Very different from a Zin I would guess a Rose’ would also work nicely, be somewhat drier, not so sweet
