Bring a Medium Pan of Water to a Boil. Carefully Drop in 6 Eggs. Boil For About 6-7mins. Remove Eggs and Run Under Cold Water to Cool Down About 10 Minutes Peel Eggs and Set Aside. Mix All Ingredients in With the Sausage. Flatten Sausage Meat Into 6 Round Patties. Wrap an Egg in Each Patty and Place in Refrigerator to Chill For 10 Minutes Prepare Breading Station With a Separate Bowl For the Eggs Beaten and the Bread Crumbs. Dip Each Sausage Wrapped Egg in the Egg, Then the Bread Crumbs. Heat Oil in a Deep Fryer at 350 Degrees. Place Eggs in Hot Oil and Fry For 5 Minutes or Until Golden in Color.
