Lemon Cheesecake Bars, These dreamy cheesecake bars are delicious and easy! They start with a cake mix and there are just a few other ingredients., Couldn’t find pudding added cake mix…used plain yellow…based on reviews, used an 8×8 dish rather than 9×13. Glad I did, the cheese mixture definitely not enough of a layer for larger size. Teaspoon of lemon..that was nothing if you wanted a lemony taste. used the zest of one large lemon and almost all the juice of that lemon as well and the cheese had a nice lemony taste to counter the sweetness of the crust and crumbs. Based on pre baked taste alone, I’ll give it 4 stars. Certainly easy to put together if you’re in a hurry., we dont have cake mix over here in UK-any alternative I can use
