Louisiana Sausage Jambalaya, Oh Boy, is this one good! It’s a simple, but very authentic Louisiana jambalaya recipe given to me by a friend who grew up in New Orleans! Nice and spicy!, this turned out so good! I accidentally made mine a little too spicy with the peppers but I feel thats how your suppose to enjoy jambalaya. Since it made such a huge amount I have been eating left overs as a side dish.
