3/4 teaspoon coriander powder

    Thanks for the great rice recipe,Rice is my favorite food,I love it in many dishes.I loved this recipe,but could not bring myself to use the fish heads,My husband fishes for fresh water fish,and we have always got plenty of fish on hand,so used Crappie instead of the heads.Sorry! But the recipe was great!Thanks,Darlene Summers

    Madam Nupur Sen’s Mudi Ghanto (Fish head with rice),Guess what happened this afternoon– I opened up y’days Thursday magazine(that I received today) and found tha the lucky winner of this week’s contest is Madam Nupur Sen! She was my Statistics lecturer in college! Hooray, madam! CONGRATS on winning !!!!!!
