They really shrink when cooked Might try it with brocolli too , Just cooked these They are so nice To keep a regular thickness I shaped the cauliflower core to a rough cylindrical shape and used my spiraliser to slice them Made fo an even finish Regards, Larry , Mmmm what a treat that was, and it looked soooo pretty I sliced mine on a mandoline so they were very thin and crispy, but the browned edges were the best! I served them with some hummus for the perfect movie snack ever Thank you
