    An excellent tartar sauce and it's not an imitation recipe because it's very good as it is and has nothing to be ashamed of. I made this tonight for use with tomorrows fish as things like this are always better the following day. used garlic dills as thats what I always keep on hand. I'll keep this on file to use again.

    Mock Tartare Sauce ( Tartar Sauce ), I made this recipe last week to accompany fish fingers! My wife said that I must share this with other people because it’s sooooo good The recipe below is for 2 people , An excellent tartar sauce and it’s not an imitation recipe because it’s very good as it is and has nothing to be ashamed of I made this tonight for use with tomorrows fish as things like this are always better the following day used garlic dills as thats what I always keep on hand I’ll keep this on file to use again , Excellent, quick and easy Loved the pickled onion Didn’t have any gherkin so used dill pickle relish (what a great way to use that up!) Forgot the garlic, added some lemon juice to take some of the creaminess away, a dash of Worcestershire sauce (which I don’t think added anything) and threw in a few capers Wow, it was good, and that from a Brit who is very fussy about what goes with fish and chips! Thanks!
