    In a Pan Over a Medium Heat, Fry the Onion Gently in the Olive Oil. When It Starts to Soften, Add the Lamb, Cumin, and Paprika. Season and Fry For a Further 10 Mins, Until Everything Is Dark and Caramelised.

    Spoon the Lamb Mixture Into the Lettuce Leaves to Create a 'taco' Effect. Scatter Over the Feta Cheese to Finish.
