My Light And Spicy Tuna Salad

Features:
    Cuisine:

Very good and makes a satisfying sandwich (but I also think it would be wonderful stuffed in a tomato!), however I toned down the spices a bit and skipped the salsa totally. I also used regular mayo instead of the chipotle mayo as specified in the recipe.used the pickled jalapenos and a dill pickle, skipped the celery but used celery salt and pepper and included chopped carrots. I also had this on whole wheat bread. Very good and more filling than most tuna sandwiches too. Thanks for sharing this very interesting and different tuna salad recipe which I will make again soon!
