    I added a couple of handfuls of raisins and the extra cinnamon and nutmeg someone else mentioned and baked them @375 in a muffin top pan ( got 12) with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top. very very good- lovely texture

    Oatmeal Cinnamon Muffins,Very moist & tasty. I enjoy these plain Hubby likes them with margerine or peanut butter.,I added a couple of handfuls of raisins and the extra cinnamon and nutmeg someone else mentioned and baked them @375 in a muffin top pan ( got 12) with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top. very very good- lovely texture,Enhanced the recipe with extra cinnamon & 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. I highly recommend the extra spices!
