Orange, Peach, Strawberry and Banana Smoothie,There is a smoothie bar near where I work and they sell this delicious smoothie called a “sama jama”. Well I took a look at what was in it, threw it all in a blender, and voila it was almost identical. This is absolutely delicious and super healthy.,Yum! I like this more than I thought I would – it’s very tasty! I had some trouble getting it to blend, as used all frozen fruit, so I added a little extra sherbert and half a cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt. That did the trick! The resulting smoothie is tasty and a lovely color to boot!,Very refreshing and filling. My picky child who doesn’t like strawberries or bananans asked for seconds! A great way to sneak in some healthy fruits that a child might otherwise avoid. Will definitely make again.
