Pan-Seared Pork Chops W/ Rosemary,Used fresh rosemary from my garden. Had to cook for about 20 minutes in my cast iron skillet. Very simple.,Very good! I put a lot more rosemary on mine, I love the flavor! Simple recipe that keeps me from having to turn the oven on in the hot summer heat.
