    Boil Potatoes For 20-25 Mins Until Cooked.

    Cool and Slice.

    Place in a Large Bowl.

    Whisk Together Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Zest, 1 Tsp Salt and Pepper to Taste.

    Pour Over Potatoes.
