Quick n’ Easy Meatballs N’ Gravy, Great for when you need to get dinner to the table fast!, Disgusting. There was no temperature given, so I guessed, but the meatballs were raw on the inside. The sauce was waaaay too oniony tasting, and it never thickened. I ended up having toast for supper., This recipe is from Peg Bracken’s famous “I Hate to Cook” book from 1950s or 1960s. I have used it routinely from 1970 on. There is a 50th anniversary edition of the book out. Everyone should get it. So many easy and good recipes!
