    Great receipe. I kicked it up by adding several dashed of tobasco sauce, red pepper flakes; 2 cloves of thinly sliced garlic sauteed in olive oil & butter; 1/4 tsp. of Chinese five spice powder; freshly grated parmesan cheese. You can substitute nutmeg or mace for the Chinese 5 spice powder.

    Beat All the Ingredients (except Spinach) Together and Mix Until Well Blended Stir in the Spinach.

    Heat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    Grease a 1 1/2 Quart Casserole Dish.

    Pour in the Spinach Mixture.

    Bake Apprx 35 Minutes or Until a Knife Inserted in the Middle Comes Out Clean.
