Sassy Red Salsa, This salsa reminds me of the kind that you get at a good mexican restaurant – no chunks and just the right amount of heat to make both me and my husband happy 🙂 (which is hard to do!), I cut this in half and used some regular onion along with more green onions and fresh garlic Otherwise I followed the instructions DELICIOUS!
