    Clean Mushrooms and Remove and Chop Stems.

    Cook Sausage Until No Longer Pink (can Use Any Kind of Flavorful Pork Sausage).

    Add Chopped Mushrooms and Scallions to Pan and Saut Until Tender.

    While Sausage and Mushrooms Cool, Dry Mushrooms and Brush Lightly With Olive Oil.

    Mix Mushrooms, Sausage, All Cheeses, and Parsley Together Until Well Combined.

    Place Mushrooms on Foil Lined Baking Pan (with Sides or the Juices May Run Off) and Pile Filling Into Mushroom Caps Until You've Used All of the Filling.

    Bake at 350 Degrees For 25 Minutes (30 For Large Mushrooms).
