    Yay thank you for this because I just found out I have insulin resistance so I have to cut out sugar and keep the carb count low. So basically n o more cereal and waffles before school. I get eggs or oatmeal, and every once in a while some Cheerios. I tried this recipe out and I loved it! It's one of the best things I've eaten since I found out I had IR!!!!

    Let the Butter Melt in a Large Nonstick Skillet Over Medium Heat; Tilt Pan Around to Coat the Bottom of the Skillet With Melted Butter.
