I had a smoked salmon cheese ball at a party and wanted to make one myself, so I was thrilled to find this recipe! It was very similar and VERY delicious! used about 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke, as I halved the recipe and was unsure what a capful might be as my liquid smoke was a shaker type. Next time I might try using 2 t liquid smoke for 1/2 recipe. I mixed the cheeses and liquid smoke with the mixer, then added the smoked salmon by hand. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!
