    Szechuan Cucumbers, Cucumber Salad with a kick., I dont see how to retrieve the recipes I have saved. What am I missing?, This was ok for us. A tad bit too spicy. I left off the cilantro — store didn’t have any. If I make again, I’ll cut down the crushed red pepper flakes.

    Place Cucumber Slices in Medium Serving Bowl, Set Aside.

    in a Small Bowl, Combine Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt and Sesame Oil, Mix Well.

    Pour Dressing Over Cucumber Slices and Toss Well.

    Cover and Let Rest at Room Temperature Up to 4 Hours.

    Drain Cucumbers.
