The Best Butterscotch Banana Bread,I’ve had this recipe for years…it’s absolutely the best!!! No need for cream cheese or frosting…mmmmmm good! I keep butterscotch chips on hand just for this recipe. My boys love it when we have overripe bananas…they know what’s coming!,The is an incredibly good recipe. We turned it into 12 GIGANTIC muffins and put nuts on 6 and 6 ones with the plain recipe. This is incredible for families with picky eaters and makes for a wonderful balanced brunch.,Very good. The only thing I would add is possibly another banana or more butter. I found it to be a little dry.
